New Opportunities Waiver


NOW services include residential support, respite, community integration and development, work-related supports, habilitation, environmental modifications and specialized equipment, professional services, as well as other services. Services are based on the need of the recipient and are developed using a person centered process. The person-centered process coordinated by the case manager will formulate an individualized plan for each recipient. ICF/DD Community Homes


Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD)

Personal Care Assistance


The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Waiver Program is a Medicaid Home and Community Based Services Waiver providing personal care attendant services instead of insitutional care to persons who meet certain disability standards.



In-Home Respite Care Services


espite care provides a temporary break for caregivers from their regular caregiving responsibilities. Respite care can be planned or emergency care. From time to time, families with caregiving responsibilities need opportunities for a break from caring for their loved one. We are here to help you find respite opportunities so you have time to relax and rejuvenate.



(LT-PCS) Elderly Services
